Scott Branyan will be giving a presentation on White River Hatches. Scott’s interest in aquatic biology and many seasons on the tailwaters have enabled him to observe and photo document a number of tailwater bugs. His presentation covers some basic insect biology, locating & identifying insects, solving imitative problems, and resources available to anglers.

Scott runs Ozark Fly Flinger guide service and publishes flyflinger.com. Active with the Arkansas Chapter of TU, he is also a writer researching the White River and an Arkansas Master Naturalist. He is completing hiking fifty miles of the Ozark Highlands Trail this winter and is learning trail systems associated with the White River.
